Bitte formatiert eure Bewerbungen für den Gewandungscheck nach folgendem Muster:

Dann fügt ihr Bilder eures Charakters hinzu, auf denen ihr komplett zu sehen seid.
Wichtig: Bitte achtet auf die Belichtung und die schärfe des Bildes. Man sollte euch gut erkennen können.
Das erleichtert uns das Einschätzen!
Gerne können auch Waffen oder ähnliches zusätzlich gepostet werden.

Grundsätzliches:
Jeder Spieler, der beim Orklager dabei sein möchte hat am Gewandungscheck teilzunehmen. Ausnahmslos. Auch wenn es bereits in vorherigen Jahren ein "Check" oder "Go" gab
Ein Leitfaden als Orientierungshilfe befindet sich ebenfalls im Forum.

Jeder Spieler hat eine andere, individuelle Auslegung einer Ork-Gewandung. Das ist auch gut so, jedoch sollten gewisse optische Anforderungen erfüllt sein.
Die ORGA gibt dann bis zum 20.07.2023 ein Feedback zur Gewandung und entscheidet somit, ob eine Teilnahme im Lager möglich ist. Sollte jedoch festgestellt werden, dass die Gewandung nicht der gewünschten Optik entspricht oder gar Hinweise oder Empfehlungen ignoriert werden, kann der/die Spieler/Spielerin nicht im Orklager teilnehmen.

Spieler, die bei vergangenen Cons bereits ein Check/OK bekommen haben, nehmen ebenfalls teil und zeigen ggf. Aktualisierungen. Dies kann neuen Spielern und der eigenen Gewandung helfen!
Darüber hinaus bekommt die ORGA einen guten Überblick über den Anmeldestand.

Von der ORGA wird im Verlauf der aktuelle Anmeldestatus in der Betreffzeile vermerkt :

CHECK- LB- = noch kein CHECK zur Gewandung, Lagerbeitrag noch nicht bezahlt
CHECK+ LB- = Gewandung entspricht den Erwartungen, Lagerbeitrag noch nicht bezahlt
CHECK- LB+ = noch kein CHECK zur Gewandung, Lagerbeitrag bezahlt
CHECK+ LB+ = CHECK and GO = Gewandung entspricht den Erwartungen, Lagerbeitrag bezahlt

Then add pictures of your character where you can be seen completely.
Important: Please pay attention to the exposure and the sharpness of the picture. One should be able to recognize you well.

Basics:
Every player who wants to participate in the orc camp has to take part in the garb check. Without exception. Even if there has been a "check" or "go" in previous years.
A guideline as a guide is also in the forum.

Every player has a different, individual interpretation of an orc garb. That's fine, but certain visual requirements should be met.
The ORGA will then give feedback on the garb by 07/20/2023 and thus decide whether participation in the camp is possible. However, if it is determined that the garb does not meet the desired look or even if hints or recommendations are ignored, the player will not be able to participate in the orc camp.

Players who have already received a check/OK at past cons will also participate and show updates if necessary. This can help new players and their own garb!
In addition, the ORGA gets a good overview of the registration status.
